GMU is formerly known as Guangzhou Medical University in China for MBBS study was established in the year 1958. It is a medical institution that offers the MBBS study in undergraduate and graduate programs. It has two main campuses; one is the Yuexiu campus situated in Guangzhou City, and other is the Panyu Campus is a new 247-acre campus, located in Guangzhou City near the Pearl River of Panyu District. Guangzhou Medical University is one of the biggest and best medical universities in China for MBBS study. It recognized by MCI, WHO, and many international professional groups. It has formed into a large scale, a well-managed comprehensive university with good teaching staff for its MBBS students. It is one of those universities which trains students with the help of updated education technology of medical study and are having an advanced system of education. Guangzhou Medical University is located great emphasis on attracting talented faculty from home and abroad to develop the University. GMU boasts a strong faculty led by Prof. Zhong Nanshan, a member of Chinese Academy of Engineering. The faculty is consist of 94 supervisors for PhD candidates, 774 supervisors for master students.
